Online Kannada magazines from Karnataka

I know that there are not many online versions of Kannada magazines available. And those available are mostly paid ones.


The list of magazines presented here includes both paid ezines and free (if any) ones too.

Mayura - A kannada monthly magazine having novels, short stories, serials etc. Published by Deccan herald group which also publishes Prajavani news paper. It is on trial version now and hence it is Free to register and read.

Sudha - The online version of my favourite kannada weekly magazine. Again, free to register and use for a limited time. Includes many short stories, articles, kannada cinema information, puzzles, comics for kids etc.

Taranga - It was a very popular magazine earlier. Published by the Pai groups of Manipal, has good information resources. But, It is not free and you have to pay for it to access it ( Pai's are not for charity! ).

Roopatara - Another publication from Udupi - Manipal's pai group. Obviously not free and one must pay to see it. I could not have a glance at it because it is paid.

Vikranta Karnataka - A recent weekly news magaizine under famous journalist Ravindra Reshme. Good news analysis, information, stories, interviews, film news etc.
